Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
bad cops
need help for a year and a half law inforcement bugging my home, car, office trying to set me up for revenge went to internal affairs said they took care of problem but they are still out there following me every second of every day who do you turn to when the law is doing it to you.

Unfortunately, you are in a bad spot. Legitimate investigation is a defense and proof that the conduct is otherwise may be difficult. You will need to hire a lawyer to initiate further proceedings. This will be costly and most attorneys will not take it on a contingency fee. basis. The good news is that if you sue and win, you will be able to get damages, though probably not large, and attorneys' fees.
