Creditors are going to begin garnishing my pay, I've been told by them they 3 claims against me one for $2000,$2000, and $27,000.

Is filing for bankruptcy and option for may situation?

Re: bankruptcy

It well could be, depending on the remainder of your financial situation and the status of the claims. I would say that if it were only $2,000, then you should seek alternatives. However if there's a $27,000 judgment against you, it could be problematic without some drastic relief. Feel free to contact me by e-mail directly with further information.
