Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Did beach patrol have a right to search our vehicle?
hello, beach patrol at a national park
caught us smoking marijuna at the
beach. Although, under pressure, we
walked to our car and gave the officer
the small amount of pot we had, would
he have had the right to search our car
if we had not given it up?

No. You used poor judgment in consenting to a search. View "Busted: A Citizen's Guide To Surviving A Police Encounter" on YouTube. And this is how cops get their pot.
