i bought a car with my wife and hse had never signed the check we didnt even know if she needed to we asked the dealer said no. We notice the check engin light was on they said that they would fix it. we took it in and they tried to fix but they couldnt so we told them we dont want the car then. thye took the keys and let us leave. now they are saying if we didnt pick up the truck they will charge us with storage fees and a rebusation. we didnt faince threw them we fainced threw our onw bank. we also signed a as is from. but they took the keys does that mean they took the car back.

What you wrote is a little confusing, so I will just give a general answer and tell you my concerns. Since you financed this through the bank, the bank will still expect payment, unless you have already straightened things out. I don't know how long you have had this car or anything else to give any other advice. That title may be in the name of the bank you got the loan from, and they don't care about any dealings between you and the dealer. You can't just give the keys to the dealer and everything be ok.
