Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My boyfriend came to my home while I was gone (with a key I let him use) and went on my computer. He printed my passwords to all accounts, read and printed emails, went into my bank account, cell phone account, medical records, and not sure what else. Can he be prosecuted? We live in CA.

Yes, this is invasion of privacy. Report this to the District Attorney or to the police. Are you planning on styaing with him? It is only actionable if you are no longer together.
