Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I am a California resident that was served with a restraining order for a complaint issued by my spouse for battery. The RO was lifted after we reconciled and terminated divorce proceedings. Will there be any prohibitions continuing against me that prevent me fromn legally purchasing and possessing a firearm?

You were served with a 'temporary' RO, notifying you of a court date for hearing on a permanent RO..
If a permanent RO was issued against you, you are now a 'prohibited person' barred for life from owning or possessing firearms or ammo.
If the temporary RO was never turned into a permanent one, the prohibition does not apply. Check the court records.
