call recording?
can your employer record a phone call without the knowledge of the employee on the other line. This is especially concerning for the employee calling the employer about a medical condition.

It is illegal to record phone calls in CA without the consent of both parties, and any such recording is nearly always inadmissible as evidence. Someone aggrieved by such acts can also sue.
