car from joint account

my girfriend now ex put a down payment on a 2006 toyota corrolla in that same year with money taken from a joint account that we shared at that time .I didn't have a license at the time but I do now.since we've split and she took the car because it's in her name do I have any rights?

Depending on whose money she used (although it was a joint account), you might have a claim to be reimbursed for your money that she used to buy it.
