Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

I believe my car has a wire tap and my conversations have been taped. The recordings have been sent to people who would have impact on my professional career. The person who has done this has interests in professionally, personally and publicly discrediting me.

What legal steps can I take to protecting my daughter and I from this kind of abuse in the future?

Secondly, how can I take steps to stop this person. They have had an obsession for some time with my daughter and my career. Their intention has be always to humiliate us publicly?

They have done great harm to me professional in a very public manner.

There are spy stores around that my be able to detect whether any tramsmitter device is in your car. You may also want to arrange some clandestine meeting where you are going to leave a stack of cash to some one to pickup, so the person that is bugging yoru car will come to get the cash. Then you can detain the wire tapping person and find out what they are doing to you.
