Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

My cell phone conversation was recorded by the person i was talking to without my knowledge and consent. This conversation was also forwarded to another person. What actions do i take against these people for invasion of privacy??

You have a free lawsuit against the person for $2500 per incident, maybe more. Try small claims court, sue for $7500.
