pLEASE help my child is eighteen now being held in shasta county jail. he was on a court progrm since he was thirteen i made him sign up fopr it when I WAS Given six months to live due to cancer. I lived but he was tramatized thinking being his sole care taker. The courts in juvenille have overly punnished my child i need his juvenille file reviewed vby someone higer than this county, hE has been locked up for nine months in the past for drinking alcohol in a hard labort cqmp. right after his eighteen birthdqy thy picked him up an put sopme bogus chqrge on him. I knopw the police that have arrested have hit him in the face for no reawon right in front of me. Needless to say please help i saw them beating him to death he was unconcious and they continued to beat him in the fqace i haver seven wittnesses. the judges all know us due to the juvenille thing the probation and sherriff and rpd here are crooked. my son lived but his face is swollen his ear swollen shut i cant afford the bail they raised the minuete i went to the bails bondsmen. Please get me some help the sherriff who my son has top testify against had my son beat almost to death they arrested mne cause i jumped in before they were going to shoot him while he was out. please please help

I have handled police abuse cases before. You will need to get me witness statements from all the 7 witnesses that you saw witness the battle. I can fax or email you a witness form for them to fill out.

Usually your witnesses will not be willing or capable of being a credible witness, so there are always a lot of doubts about what really happened in these situations.
