Need a Civil Law Attoney who also handles Criminal Law

I am trying to find a good civil law attorney who can also handles criminal law. I am looking to file a civil lawsuit on someone and hopefully, have criminal charges brought against that party. I have been dealing with the wrath of a scorned woman. Her wrath has included filing false allegations and false allegations on myself and my whole family. Everything was unfounded. This has been going on for several months and I do need to take action. I did file a Restraining Order on this person after implicating my innocent children and other innocent family members. I have been researching alot of this on my own in regards to people maliciously filing false reports just to ruin someones life. I have been send laws and penal codes to confirm that a person who has filed reports like this can be criminally liable for this. Do you have any suggestions for me? Possibly, a name of an attorney that would handle both civil and criminal law! Looking for someone in the Orange County area. Possibly in the City of Orange, Anaheim or other surrounding areas.
