On 8-13-05 I picketed against the City of South Pasadena Police,
got a hair cut, and got on the 210 fwy. On the fwy. a pick-
up(license no. 7U00852) registered to Donald Campbell deliberately
tried to smash into my car. Can I sue Donald or the CHP for covering it up?
