claim of exemption
my bank account was levied..the monies in that accont were to be used for paying bills.. how do i stop those monies from going to the claimant?

You can't if there's a judgment against you. You might keep your money elsewhere, lest it happen again or, better yet, negotiate payments to the creditor to repay it in a more orderly way.
