Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Confinement without program mandated services
My son is serving a sentence that mandates he complete a program that is not accessable to him. He has been from O H Close to Norwalk to Preston to Paso Robles and is now at Chad. They keep changing his out date and he has not had a consistant program since confinement Aug. 2003. Is there a loophole or a way out or is he forever locked up?

You should repost this for a criminal attorney rather than a civil attorney.
