county jail housing

i was in a county jail and it has each

set of bunks 4 three bodies: top

middle bottom. now iwas in a

different county jail that had the

same arrangment. they were sued

and won , so now they only have

two people per bunk : top bottom.

my question is can i sue for the

same thing for this county jail that

has three people per bunk?

Maybe you can sue. You would have to file a claim with the county within six months of the time you were incarcerated, with a few exceptions. You could also take advantage of your multi-county experience and write a Zagat guide to the different county jails.
