Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
My daughters are being bullying for about 3 weeks and the school does nothing about it. The reason is the one that is doing the bullying is a child of one of the teachers. Please tell me what I can do to protect them?

Demand to see the principal, the teacher, and the schools's legal counsel to discuss the situation and the legal liability the school faces. Find out from your daughters if other children are being bullied and get their parents to attend the meeting also. if that does not work, see an attorney that handles such matters for a letter to the school board threatening suit.
