Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
dealer sent a recsission notice i called and ask if they wanted me to take the car back and they said "no" a week later they called me and said that i have to go in to sign my final offer??? the contract is done, it sounds fishy that they insist i go back to sign more papers, almost a month later.

How many days since the sale? Normally they have 10 days to yo-yo the sale. Tell them to go fish, or have a lawyer write them.
