Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Debt
I am currently in debt to these companies I am trying to work out a payment plan with a credit solutions place, but this company keeps calling and harassing my girlfriend, they are trying to put a lean on my checking account, can they do that legally without speaking to me first?

They cannot put a lien on your checking account unless they first get a judgment against you. They would have to file a lawsuit, serve you with the papers, and give you an opportunity to oppose the lawsuit.
