Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Default question?
I served defendants in an action back on Aug 10- Sep 9, and still have not recieved a response. I know they have 30 days and I have 10 days to file for default, but I did not know that at that time. Can I still file for default? I still have not recieved an answer?
