Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
What can I do if a Deputy give out my personal information. She give my Name and Address to someone that I'm fighting against building a teen center in my neighorhood. They wrote me asking to meet with me. I am very uncomfortable. I have called her commander. He has not called me back...What can I do?

There is probably nothing you can do. I do not believe the deputy has a duty not to disclose you name and address.
My questions are:
How can you properly oppose the construction of the teen center if nobody knows who you are?
Why would you think any one who is attempting build a teen center for the public good (I assume) would be a threat?
