Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Discoverd filthiness and discriminatory practices at local L.A. Hotel.

Stayed in--name removed--hotel on Wilshire Blvd. in L--name removed-- It turned that the beds we were sleeping on were filthy.

The box spring and mattresses were full of blood stains and what appeared to be urine stains. These were mattresses soaked with human excrements. Stayed there with my grandchildren. Know they put us in the worst rooms because we are African American. Was told that of course the other rooms don't look like mine. Saw whites, appearing to be enjoying their stay. They also used elevators different than me. We were sent to the back elevator that was not inside the hotel lobby. The filth and mold I discovered was

unbelievable. What can be done?
