HOW DO I Appeal a Summary Judgement,I was doing the paper work my self and didn't know I HAD TO FILE A SUMMARY judgement also I NEED help with this case its against a School District I have proof of the discrimination, they have admitted it

Suing a government entity requires compliance with government code provisions which requires a claim filed within 6 months of injury. I don't understand you question. Do you need to respond to a SJ? If so you must do so within strict time limits. Call me directly at (619) 222-3504.
