Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
As driving across the border from Tijuana, Mexico to California, I saw a sign where it looks like people crossing sign but shows them running. I found this sign completly offensive because they made the dark figures appear to be Mexican people running accross. I do not see the need to point out a Mexican decent on the sign and find this completely offensive. Normal stick figures would be fine to get the point accross. Is there anyway or who do we need to put a complaint to try to get this this sign changed or simply removed? This really is discriminating against Mexicans. I do have a picture of the particular sign I am speaking about.

This is an old story. There was a furor about them ten, fifteen years ago or so. I thought they removed those signs but maybe not.
