i was drunk and a vulgar words were drawn all over my body. should i file for sexual harassment?

This is certainly one way of drawing a lawsuit. You would sue for battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Wash it off before you go to work, otherwise someone else will see you and sue you for sexual harassment.
