Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Who do I go to for help in an emergency situation where my child is no where to be found and im unable to go to local police officers in helping find and rescuing my "baby boy"(he's actually thirteen but he'll always be my baby, all parents I imagine can relate?)Anyways please offer any suggestions because I'm extremely exhausted from stress and more than anything worried for his safety.I fear the worst but trying my best to keep my attitude optimistic and really appreciate your help.~A very sad mom.
