Engagement off
we ended our engagement. I want the ring back. I also allowed her use of one of my cells phones. I want it back now. also has some of my things in her house. I want them back. What are my rights?

Usually the engagement ring is conditioned on actually getting married. The former fiancee, though, would argue that the ring was conditioned on her promise to marry, not marriage itself. You might have to go to court to try to get the ring back or at least its value.
As for the cell phones, no doubt she would claim it was a gift. You might just have service terminated, and leave it at that.
You are entitled to the return of your belongings. Arrange a time and date for you or someone on your behalf to pick them up.
