In order to better answer your question, I would certainly want some additional information. First, what is your husband on parole for? The likelihood that his parole officer would find this conduct disturbing will probably be dependent upon whether or not the crime he was convicted of (or was initially charged with and/or whether the crime in evolved you). For example, the parole officer is probably going to be much more upset and take your allegations more seriously if your husband had been convicted of, or charged with, a crime of violence, especially if it was against you or another woman or had anything to do with the type of behavior you are describing.

Another important factor is what, if any, where the conditions of his parole? Was he ordered to stay away from you? By now I would think you have the idea of what I�m trying to get across. Also, yes, offenses involving the mail are federal offenses, but the mere fact that it is an �federal offense� does not make it, in and of itself a more serious crime than a state crime.
