Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Equal Protection of the Law
Los Angeles County Sheriff denied me my right to file criminal complaints against witnesses who committed perjury, bribery, witness and evidence tampering in my civil rights violation case causing me to lose my case. Can the Sheriff be held accountable for violating my constitutional rights and right to police protection and equal protection of the laws?
The Sheriff was asked over and over for 7 years to investigate but they refused. they claimed my issues were not criminal. I argued that a crime is a crime no matter where it committed. But they refused and denied me equal protection of the law and police protection.
