Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

falsely accused of shoplifting

i recently visited great america in santa clara california, I was falsely accused of shoplifting detained for 1hour 1/2 forced to sign a paper that admits that I entended to take the item without paying for it even after i explained the situation to them i declined and they told me they would detain me until i sign the paper and because I was starting to feel faint and they would not allow my husband to come and get me so i signed it so that i could go to my husband and have him take me to the hospital with all being done i ended up in the emergency room with chest pain and my blood pressure was high i was feeling faint and nausea the dr stated it was due to the stress i endure with the situation no citation was given and i was also forced to leave the park and told if i came back this season i would be arrested there is alot to this situation but it wont allow me to leave the full details. do I have any legal grounds?
