Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

FBI had a arrests warrant for me , rammed my gate and doors and windows. It was at 5 am , they started investigating 3 years ago ,prior to this they had been invited in My home 6 x to question me . Only 3 women 3 minors residence in my home ,no one in our home has any type of record . Had not heard from them 2 yrs.

This time they had only an arrest warrant no search warrant like the first time 3 yrs. ago And they found nothing that pertained to the search warrant. So they bust in while we're asleep I come out they put a gun in my back and cuff me .Refused to show me warrant . And they continued to destroy my house shot over 22 flashers inside my home on the Kids side of the house . I thought they were gun shoots I was terrified for my kids I told them what are u doing my kids r in the house , but thy continued shooting. I said U have what u came for the first minute u got here .

to make a long story short, 20 minutes of terrorizing my kids 2 were in there closet hiding calling 911 They opened up the closet doors and shot the flashers injured and burned my 18 yr. old son and girl friend while they where on the phone with the 911 operator who heard everything . My my daughter is 15 and my other 17 year old son was hand cuffed in there underware and sat on the curb in front of there school while neighbors watched and its a busy street they were practically naked as people drove by . Is this legal

If you were arrested, you will get answers about 'legality' of search and arrest from the outcome of suppression motions as part of your criminal defense. If serious about hiring counsel for that, feel free to contact me to arrange a consultation to discuss the case, your rights and remedies.

At the end of that consultation, I'll be able to give you an informed opinion whether you or others have any grounds for civil action.
