Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Hi my name is Felipe, and I got a ticket of 272(a)(1) delinquency of minor 2 counts. What happened was that me and some friends were driving around town and they were shooting at cats with a BB gun. I didn't do anything I was just driving. there was 2 minors in the car. We got pulled over and gave me the ticket and let us go. I am 23 years old. What can I do or how much would the ticket be? can i fight it? please help me.

Be grateful you were not arrested for Animal Cruelty. The cops gave you a break you probably do not deserve.

Anyone who cruelly hurts animals gets no sympathy from me.
