Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Is it possible to file a class action lawsuit against the DoJ for negligent interference with prospective economic advantage on behalf of United States Online Poker Players.... Clarifying if it is possible to sue the DoJ is my main question here as I am having a hard time finding specific information showing that the DoJ can indeed be sued. Thank you in advance for your help!

Of course it is possible to sue. It may be impossible to win, and it will cost you dearly. I do not think any attorney would touch this without at least a $25,000 retainer deposit.
