Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

How to file an ex parte ?

I have a civil lawsuit - breach of contract with the plaintiff. Basically I agreed to pay her credit card debt if she agreed to have an abortion. I surely did not want to have a child with a woman I dated for 3 months and other un-normal things throughout the relationship. Basically she is stating that I knew of the pregnancy and a verbal contract never existed. We have a son because she did not have the abortion. I requested a CCI investigation to get more time with my son. The plaintiff admitted to the CCI investigator that she agreed to have an abortion and later changed her mind without consulting me. I would like to use her statement in the CCI investigation as an exhibit in the breach of contract civil lawsuit. However, I am unable to copy the report and must provide a copy to the judge and plaintiff's lawyer. I called the investigator to request additional documents and was told that I had to file an ex parte and request this from the judge. How do I file the ex parte and what is the legal term I need to use for the judge in requesting additional copies of the CCI investigation to use in the civil lawsuit? What are the rules of filing an ex parte - serving the plaintiff? Thank you

Re: How to file an ex parte ?

Ultimately I predict your lawsuit will be laughed out of, or otherwise excreted from, the court system.
