filing assualt charges
my daughter was treatened by a an 23year old it was a death threat i filed a report with novato and than she beat her up last nite i called the da alaready what else should i do as her mother?

Your daughter can file a civil harassment restraining order. She can file a lawsuit. She can file a criminal complaint (citizen's arrest) with the local police department, which is the appropriate agency to investigate crimes.
