Filing a brief

I am a pro per plaintiff in a limited civil case. The judge gave a trial date and told us to file our briefs 2 weeks before trial. What is she looking for us to do?

She wants a summary of your case, the relevant law that supports your case (statutes and case law), and how you value your damages (breakdown by doctor, kind of treatment, and cost). This should be in pleading format.
