What form do I need to file against a clothing cleaning business that lost my $275.00 leather pants?

Have you sent them a letter to make the claim? I would think that a cleaner would have insurance for this kind of thing. If this didn't help, then you can file a plaintiff's claim with the local small claims court. You can get these online at the Judicial Council website, or at the court that serves the county in which the cleaning business is located.
