Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I found out that my place of work that has decided to join an assosiation bargening unit that i decided not to participate in. My father is one of the 6 supervisors and there first demand in there nagotiations paper is to not let kids of supervisors in the assosiation, and number 12 on there list is that you cannot advance in positions if you are not in the assosiation. This to me seems like discrimination beacuse it is directly targeting my self and two other employees with parents for supervisors. What can i do?
