Does my friend who was arrested and accused of being a stalker have the right to know who his accuser is?

Under the 4th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, Your Friend has the right to confront and cross-examine his accuser in court. To exercise this right, and because being convicted of a crime can have lifelong consequences, Your Friend needs to hire a lawyer right away, and to have the lawyer with him on the FIRST COURT DATE.
