Friend has gotten a hold of Ex's email and phone messages
My friend has gotten the passwords to an ex boyfriend's myspace, facebook, personal email and is able to listen to his personal cell phone messages. This is without his persmission he has changed his password in the past to stop her from doing this but she figured out the new one, she is looking at his emails to find info on him and his new GF she is 24 and although she has no malicious intent ... can she be prosecuted and because I know would I be able to get into any trouble? Thanks

Re: Friend has gotten a hold of Ex's email and phone messages
Your Friend richly deserves to be sent to state prison for the felony crime of stalking, and this sick individual could take you down with her, for example if she were to use your internet connection, computer or telephone. All of her illegal web-mail, Facebook and MySpace logins were logged with the IP address of the internet connection she used, and the MAC address of the computer she used, and all this data is saved forever, so unless she was extremely careful she will be caught, for sure.
You need to restrict your circle of friends to honest and sane people.
