Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

A friend of mine is on probation after serving time for transportation/sales of marijuana. He recently came to visit me and he must have been under survelience because the police broke my front door, identified themselves and knocked me, my wife and my friend to the floor and then started tearing apart my house without so much as a search warrant. They must have thought I was the person who sold him marijuana (although, I've never done drugs or drink). The police officers found nothing. The entire time I was demanding that they show me a search warrant but they insisted that they do not have to produce one. A little later a couple other police cars showed and I guess their seargent asked what occurred. They proceeded to tell him that I consented to a search of the premises and We were only knocked to the floor after approaching them in an agressive manner. All Lies and I can prove it! I have a home business and have hidden cameras for security purposes which show the entire incident from all angles. I want justice for the physical abuse, abuse of power and their total disregard in breaking the law which they swore to uphold. I want to file a civil suit, as well as criminal charges against the police officers involved and the department for which they work.

Do I need 2 seperate lawyers to file charges and file a lawsuit? (civil & criminal)

Can my hidden camera tapes be used in both cases?

Can anyone recommend the best lawyer in Riverside, Ca. to handle these cases?
