Gay marriage
I am a gay woman who got married June 25, 2008 at the Santa Ana courthouse. Since Prop 8 was passed, I would like to know if my marriage is still valid?

Marriage remains valid in CA and places that recognize it until the CA Supreme Court holds otherwise. Expect the decision in about a month.
