Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

There was this girl who kept on harassing me and my family because I got her BF to break up with her, she left notes on my doorstep telling me to watch out and that they are going to harm my sister and my family, she spray painted my cars and broke a house window, she harassed me on my email in which she gave herself away saying its not me its not me i swear its not me when i called her by her name, it kept on going until me and my mother got a hold of her social security numbers as well as her families and we then left her a voicemail to leave us alone and after that all the stuff stopped but a year later now we have to go to court and my mom us being charged for child endangerment and annopying phone calls. we never meant any hamr this was to get this physco to leave us alone she was a crazy 17year old girl i dont know what to do at this point and if there is anyone on here that is a cop or lawyer or judge can someone please tell me a probable outcome i don't want my mom to go to jail because of this girl whom me meant no harm to just to leave our family in peace! the charges agaisnt my mother are penal codes 653m (a), 273a (b), 653m (b)

Somehow the cops always believe the crazy ones. You're not so innocent yourself, what business did you have getting "her BF to break up with her"? And your mother used poor judgment in leaving threatening voice mail messages. Now your mother will have to either hire a lawyer, or use the public defender to plead guilty.
