Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
my grandmother had put me as a just in case of emergency person on her storage unit of 6 or 7 years now, and she today has been diagonised with alheismers, and is no longer capable of making her own desisons. My question is this ;since iam on the paperwork, an no one else, can myname be legally removed?

No, since she named you when she was of sound mind, no one can remove you.
If you want to remove yourself, you will probably need to ask the court through a Motion.
