I am sorry your 22-year old was arrested and beaten by officers. Please provide more detail. Where and when did this happen and what were the circumstances? Where is your child now? Are there criminal charges pending? In some cases he or she may be able to file a civil rights lawsuit, in California legal action should be started right away to protect your child's legal rights.
