Possible harrassement by local pd

My girlfriend continues on a daily basis to get pulled over by the same cop. She has a brand new 2008 vehicle and the officers excuse is always that thees a rear license plate light out. She immediately gets pulled out of the vehicle and gets vehicle searched without her consent. The other day she was pulled over and the officer reached between her legs and picked up her cell phone. He constantly following her trying to scare her and intimidate her, she was never issued a citation for any of the traffic stops. This morning she was pulled over again by the same officer, pulled her out and stated that he smelled alcohol coming from her. He proceeded to impound her vehicle for that violation and never wrote any citation stating for her alleged violation. it is always the same cop. Shes scared to drive daily, shes been crying, and im very concerned, please help

When did these events occur? Where? Has your girlfriend made a complaint to the police station who employs this officer? Has she ever been pulled over when someone has been in the car with her? Why do you think this is happening to your girlfriend? Has she talked to an attorney?
