Am I liable for a suit if I do not disclose that I have Herpes to a sexual partner?

YES! A jury would probably not only give damages for pqast and future medical expenses the person would incur, but also damages for emotional distress and punitive damages.

This goes for all STDs.

Honestly, on a moral basis, I'm shocked you had to even ask this question.
