Hidden Camera for open house?

is it legal to use a hidden camera during an agent hosted open house?

You mean you are the seller, and you want to keep your personal belongings from getting ripped-off by people at the open house? I would put up a sign that says, Security Cameras In Use.

Or do you want to pose as a prospective buyer, and if so, why do you want to bring a hidden camera?
