Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Hi,
I have a question,
I responded to a Craigslist ad of a company saying they were hiring females for adult videos and were paying $700/Hr.
I ended up meetings a guy at a hotel who was "supposed" to be from the adult video company and I did a shoot with him (had sex with him and allowed him to video).
After shoot, I showered and when I came out of the shower, he was gone.
I didn't get paid anything, he split!!!
I didn't sign a contract or anything like that and I don't have anything in writing.
Can I get an attorney to track him and down and sue him for this?
Denise
