Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
Hipaa
A neuropsychologist used recyled
paper to print my report. On the
back-side of my report is someone
else's report (two different minors) of
some very sensitive information. I
am asking for refund of my report as
she admitted to operating in haste.
My report has some typos in it and
word ommissions. I believe that the
validity of my report has been
compromised and the person's
integrity and professionalism are
questioned. This person is a phd.
and should know better. Do I have
any legal options for recovering funds
as I need to get another evaluation
done by someone who is more
ethical and competent?

Re: Hipaa
No. You are entitled, however, to a report on clean paper.
